We are proud to be members of the AID TO ARTISANS MARKET MAKERS. It is a non-profit organization comprised of socially responsible businesses that provide a link between artisans and the marketplace. We are dedicated to creating long-term economic opportunities for crafts people in Africa and Haiti, and plan to expand throughout many other locations of the world. We personally monitor for safe, dignified and healthy working conditions. Our commitment is to the welfare of artisans, to respecting and sustaining the environment and to promoting and practicing fair and open trade ethics and principles. By purchasing our handcrafted products you are helping to create income and ultimately a better life for our artisans and their families.

Our exhibit represents a cross section of the many beautifully handcrafted items that are found around the world. We make every effort to buy from small business and individuals. Some are Women's Cooperatives and others are Handicapped Worker groups. We also work directly with individual artists who create designs exclusively for us and in the process, they learn what is in demand and are able to use their skills and materials to create items, which will provide them with a steady income.

Our philosophy is that crafts people should be paid directly and fairly for their talent and products. In our working partnerships around the world, we work closely with crafts people in product development and quality control without hampering their natural creativity.

Please keep in mind that all of these items are entirely handmade and therefore, there will always be variations in sizes and patterns. No two pieces are ever exactly alike which makes each piece unique. The one constant is quality. We make every effort to provide the best quality handicrafts available to the American market. New products and designs are being developed daily, and we are proud to show them to you at the trade shows and on this web site.
